1 stick salted butter
1 regular Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 small quart of heavy cream
1 clove garlic chopped
1 can large artichokes, drained and chopped
1 box frozen spinach thawed and rinsed
1 box of your favorite pasta
Every once and awhile, my friend Amy Driskell surprises me with a yummy gluten free recipe. So when she sent me this yummy recipe, I decided it was time to showcase her as one of December’s Food Bloggers of the Month. Amy has a food group on Facebook, Gluten Free Gods. Melt butter, and cream cheese and stir until mixed well. Add carton of cream and garlic. Add Grated parm to your taste (I used about a half of cup) sauce will be thin. Add spinach and artichoke. Cook on low heat careful to stir often so sauce doesn’t stick. Once hot toss in favorite pasta. Enjoy!
